Playday
NEWS: Playday this year will now be in Max Roach Park on Wednesday 5th August 2010. This is to promote the new development of Max Roach Adventure Playground which has recieved Play Pathfinder Funding. Joiniing the event to the opening of Max Roach is a fantastic opportunity to get the borough together to celebrate the many achievements that have taken place in relation to play.

For more information about Playday Nationally please click here

The Playday 2010 campaign is Our place. Our place puts children at the heart of our communities, and asks everyone, young and old, to help create better places for all of us to live and play.

This Playday we are asking everyone to help create playable spaces. From parents, carers and teachers, to policy makers and planners - everyone can make space to support children's right to play.
